Prices and currency

Product prices and the currency applicable to your market are displayed on the Store. The checkout is the final source for the order currency, discounts, shipping charge, taxes collected by us, and total due before you submit your order. Displayed prices or estimated tax amounts may vary by destination where local tax rules require a different calculation. We will not knowingly add a charge to an accepted order without your agreement or a legal basis.

Payment

Payment methods available to you appear at checkout and can vary by country and currency. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider under its own terms. Card or wallet authorisation is generally requested when you place the order; the provider determines the final posting date. We do not generally receive or store your full payment-card number. Orders may be held or cancelled if payment is declined or cannot be verified; any amount taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Sales tax, consumption tax and VAT

Where we are required and configured to collect consumption tax, sales tax, VAT, or GST, the amount collected by us is shown at checkout. A tax estimate is not a guarantee of the assessment made by a destination authority. Business customers who need an invoice should contact us with their order number and applicable tax details.

Import duties and fees

For cross-border orders, the destination may impose import duty, VAT/GST, customs clearance, brokerage, carrier handling, or similar charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are payable by the recipient or importer of record when assessed and are not included in the amount collected by us. Customs authorities and carriers control their assessment and collection. Check the rules for your destination before ordering. If checkout expressly confirms duties and taxes are prepaid, that order-specific statement applies.

Discounts and pricing errors

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer and may not be combined unless stated. If a clear and material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment and offer the choice required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
