These terms apply to your use of the MOKKU CAMP online store and purchases made through it. The seller is IKKO Co., Ltd. (the 鈥淪eller鈥? 鈥渨e鈥? 鈥渦s鈥?or 鈥渙ur鈥?, trading as MOKKU CAMP. By using the Store, you agree to these terms. If mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights, that law prevails over any conflicting term.

Orders and contract

Product listings are invitations to place an order. After checkout, we send an order acknowledgement. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise clearly confirm acceptance, subject to any earlier acceptance required by law. Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock, payment, pricing, fraud, export-control, or legal reason. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it. Please check your order details and contact us promptly about an error.

Products and outdoor use

Product pages contain the applicable descriptions, dimensions, materials, care instructions, compatibility information, and warnings. Colours may vary with displays and natural materials may vary between items. Read the instructions and warnings before use, inspect equipment before each use, and stay within stated capacity, age, weather, temperature, and use limits. Unless expressly identified as such, products are not climbing, life-safety, medical, or personal protective equipment. Do not use a product if it is damaged or appears unsafe.

Price, payment, delivery and returns

Prices, available payment methods, taxes and charges are shown on product pages and at checkout. See Taxes & Payments, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless stated as guaranteed. Nothing here transfers consumer delivery risk before receipt where the law requires the seller to remain responsible.

Warranty and consumer rights

Any express commercial warranty is described in the relevant product materials or our Warranty & Product Safety Policy. It is additional to statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

Store use and intellectual property

You may not use the Store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe another person鈥檚 rights, or use automated means to place orders or extract content without permission. Store content, product photographs, branding, and designs are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used commercially without permission. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and permit us to display it in connection with operating and promoting the Store. We may remove unlawful or rights-infringing content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and product-safety rights. Subject to that, we are responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses. These terms do not reduce any consumer鈥檚 non-waivable rights.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons; the version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their country of residence. Business customers agree to the competent courts in Tokyo, Japan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
