Destinations and shipping charges

We ship from Japan to destinations that are enabled at checkout. Available services, shipping charges, taxes collected by us, and the delivery estimate for your address are shown before you place an order. If a destination or product cannot be shipped to you, checkout will not offer delivery for it.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. The expected dispatch or delivery timing shown on the product page or at checkout is the estimate for your order. Typical international delivery is approximately 7鈥?0 business days after dispatch, but this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Pre-orders, stock availability, weekends, Japanese public holidays, customs inspection, weather, carrier disruption, and incomplete address details may add time. Tracking is sent when available.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are included, the customer may be asked by the destination authority or carrier to pay import duty, VAT/GST, brokerage, handling, or other charges. Those charges are not controlled by us. Check Taxes & Payments and your local import rules before ordering. We do not describe an order as delivered-duty-paid unless checkout expressly confirms that arrangement.

Address changes and failed delivery

Please verify your delivery address and telephone number before paying. Contact us promptly at support@mokkucamp.jp if you need a correction; we cannot guarantee a change after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If delivery fails or a parcel is returned, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Any deduction for documented return or re-delivery costs will be made only where permitted by law.

Delay, damage or missing parcel

If tracking shows a problem, an item arrives damaged, or your order has not arrived after the displayed estimate, email us with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Please do not use a product that may be unsafe. For consumers, responsibility for delivery remains with us until the goods are received where required by law.
