Statutory rights

Products are covered by the consumer guarantees, conformity rights, implied warranties, and other protections that apply in the place where you live. Nothing in this Policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited. Any commercial warranty expressly offered for a particular product is described on that product鈥檚 page or accompanying warranty document and applies in addition to statutory rights.

Making a claim

Email support@mokkucamp.jp with your order number, product name, a description of the problem, and photographs if safe and practical. We may ask reasonable questions to assess the issue. Depending on the law and circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another required solution. We will explain whether and how the item should be returned. Do not dispose of a product involved in a serious safety incident unless an authority advises you to do so.

Outdoor product safety

  • Read all product labels, instructions, load limits, care information, age guidance, and warnings before use.
  • Inspect products before every use and after exposure to weather, impact, heat, chemicals, or heavy loads. Stop using a product if it is worn, damaged, unstable, or otherwise unsafe.
  • Use products only for their stated purpose and within their stated capacity and environmental limits. Secure equipment appropriately and supervise children where required.
  • Unless the product page expressly says otherwise, MOKKU CAMP products are not climbing equipment, fall-arrest systems, life-saving devices, personal protective equipment, medical devices, or toys.
  • Follow local fire, campsite, transport, and outdoor-use rules. Keep products away from open flame or extreme heat unless specifically designed and labelled for that use.

Safety reports and recalls

If you believe a product presents a safety risk, stop using it and contact us promptly with the product name, batch or model details if available, your order number, and a description of the incident. We may contact customers about safety notices or recalls using order contact details, consistent with applicable law.
